NICOLAS BOULAN

A graduate of Rennes University (France) with a degree in Finance, Nicolas Boulan has worked over fifteen years in the financial software industry, notably as Senior Consultant at Diagram.  Subsequently he went on to become Business Sales Developer at Reuters managing high-level client relationships.  During this time, Nicolas also became a frequent guest speaker at university and business school conferences throughout France.

As a consultant Nicolas Boulan has acquired valuable experience managing complex projects within the aerospace, construction and facilities industries.  This experience prompted his decision to move to the higher education sector where he is currently advising clients how to develop alternative financial resources through fundraising activities.

Nicolas Boulan joined Brakeley in April 2007 and since then has been involved in feasibility studies for non-profit organizations such as Réseau Entreprendre, engineer & science institutes like Ecole Centrale Paris and Ecole des Mines de Nantes as well as Université Pierre et Marie Curie, France’s top scientific university according to the renowned Shanghaï Rankings.  Nicolas is a member of AFF, the French Fundraisers’ Association.
